Terms of Service - NexusBot & Dashboard

1. Agreement to Terms
By using NexusBot or its website, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately remove the bot from your server and cease use of the dashboard.
2. Use of Service & Restrictions
- Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use this service.
- Prohibited Actions: You may not:
- Spam commands to induce bot instability.
- Attempt to "stress test" or DDoS our infrastructure on Render.com.
- Use the bot to distribute malware, illegal content, or conduct "raids."
- Attempt to bypass the Administrative Role Safety Block in the verification system.
3. Dashboard & Administrative Accountability
Warning: The Server Owner assumes full legal and technical responsibility for all actions taken via the NexusBot Dashboard. We provide Audit Logs for your review, but we are not responsible for staff members who abuse their dashboard access.
The developer reserves the right to access any server's configuration for the sole purpose of troubleshooting, stability checks, and technical support.
4. Premium Services & Financial Terms
- Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely via PayPal. We do not store your payment information.
- Service Activation: Premium features are activated immediately upon successful payment confirmation.
5. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS." NEXUSBOT AND ITS DEVELOPER DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Loss of Discord servers, channels, or data.
- Unauthorized access to your server resulting from leaked Discord tokens or compromised staff accounts.
- Direct or indirect damages arising from bot downtime or bugs.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NexusBot and its developer from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the bot or violation of these terms.
